Have you ever spent so many hours writing a Microsoft Word document and customizing it, using special fonts and choosing special layouts... saved your work and went to print your document somewhere else & to your surprise... nothing looks the way you wanted ??????????
To overcome this, one should simply save his work as portable data format (PDF) files, that are opened by Acrobat Reader and look exactly the same way everwhere!
CutePDF Writer allows you to convert any printable document to PDF format. It installs as a virtual printer and is available from any application that offers a `Print` option (Like Microsoft Word). The program is easy to use, just select the CutePDF printer and click the print button. Some advanced options are also available (scaling, multi-page layouts, print quality and more). Unlike most other free PDF creators, this one does not insert any watermarks at all - however it depends on the install of a free converter, which can be easily downloaded and installed.
This is very helpful -I believe- to lecture writers who don't have printers at home...
so, here's the file: (right click -> save target as) CuteWriter

hey guyz thx kade for this link.. actually ive installed the CutePDF Writer and weve been using it at work for like a year.. its an easy-to-use printer... unlike the adobe pdf printer (which is normally used for more professional works).. and thats exactly what made me choose it as a pdf-converter solution for my organization.. so if u ask me.. i really recommend it.. thx
