the questions are
1:Blesrers means either vesicles or bulle? F
2:Ritinoids(type of drug) are C.I in pregnancy? T3:allergic contact dermatitis appears on the first exposure to Ag? F4:brow is a primary lesion of demititis herpitiforms? F5:woods light in exposure to erythazma flourcens will be coral red in coloure?T
6:cutenous leshmaniases can be treated by(sodumstabonitroglounate )? T7:Hyper keratosis means retintion of nuclia? F8:Herpes simplex ginitales is common in children? F9:herpes zoster is coused by reactivation? T
10:a cyclover is helpful in treatment of viral wart? F

hi all how r u doing?how did u do in ur ur exams? i bet the exams r turning more serious than the beginning of the year,aren't they??!!!anyway we finished a rheumatology course and it was written -as u kn- and it was hard!i don't kn why!may be bc we MUSTN"T take a full mark!

the questions were as following:
1-COX II are DMARD.
2-atlantoaxial joint is involved in SLE.
3-SLE is a disease of young females.
4-hydroxychloroquine is associated with the risk of eye involvement.
5-carpal tunnel syndrome occurs in RA but not in SLE.
6-red cell aplesia occurs in SLE but not in RA.
7-renal involvement is common in progressive systemic sclerosis.
8-GERD occurs in both SLE and PSS.
9-lymphocytopenia and leukocytopenia occurs in RA.
10-barret esophagus occurs in RA.

Causes of 2ndary Amenorrhea:

1.Pituitary disorders.
2.hypo-thalamic disorders.
3.uterine disorders.
4.ovarain disorders.

Lab. Ix. for ovulatory factors:
1.Measuring the basal temp. in day 14th of the cycle.
2.Post coital excitation test.
3.hysteroscope.
4.endometrial histological tests.

we examined psychiatry and it was from the things he said in the sessions (primarily the first session!!!)and they don't give good marks so don't worry about reading too much!and he asked about some things from the lecs..so good luck!

also we examined dermatology and i'm sorry i don't kn from where they took our questions!not really related to sessions or our lovely lecs!so here really don't bother urself at all it is all a matter of chance....so GOOD LUCK!
