بس ملاحظه صغيره ويا ريت لو تعتبرها نصيحه من اخوك الصغيرالى صديق الاعداديه وقدوتي يزن الورده..: اتمنى وارجو رجاء اخوي ان تكون حدي وصارم مثل كاظم... لان فن الاداره شي مو سهل وانته تعرف هذا الشي كلش زين...وهايه جانت نصيحتي الك من قبل لو اني موضحتها الك بصوره مباشره

حسب قناعتي..اشوف..لمن يصير تجاوز للحدود بامور بسيطه ..مو مشكله
يمكن التغاظي عنه يكون نوع من الاحترام والمجامله للمقابل
لكن لمن يكون التجاوز بامور حساسه ...ميضل مكان للاحترام او المجامله
الرد الحازم والسريع هوه الحل
والي ميكدر يرد ماكو داعي ياخذ موقع للرد

اما بخصوص الاعضاء وما يطرحوه ...فاتوقع لو كل شخص يعرض ما يكتبه عله المرايه وينقد نفسه بواقعيه مراح نحتاج ان نلغي اي موضوع بالمستقبل.

Just want to add a thing to all .. a forum like ours doesn't need "8yada" .. better to call it "idara" .. neither me nor my brother Kadem feel good when having to put a line or take any action .. we always believe that we ,as members, human-beings, doctors, whatever we are, are mature enough to judge perfectly ourselves .. we need to reach that so we can open new horizons for discussions .. where we can accepts opinions more .. where we can change ours when we find out that they are not right .. not to stick with things just because we don't dare to reach them .. closing that topic or any other ones DOESN'T mean that ur opinion was wrong .. but it just wasn't posted properly..

We have never deleted any topic, and insha'a Allah never will, and we have never suspended any member, and insha'a Allah never will have to, we have only closed topics were there was no room for any addition, or where addition would be problematic, such as the topic in hand.

We have a policy that I & Yezen follow, which is to put taking rigid actions as the last resort, after all other means of communication have been consumed, and it's never something that we love to do, at the contrary, it's always done with reluctance. This, though, does not mean that we won't take actions when we need to, but only then.

well no one denies Dr.kadem and Dr.yezen are taking good care of the forum, and i'm truely happy from their replies, some people should kn their limits and respect others and the most important stop acting like angels..also they must appreciate this forum "lam shamelna"..

my guess U R THE BEST is made for u two guys..

i salute both of you guys for keeping the bcmf like that ,,you have been accused many times of things bcos of the forum rules but keep doing what you are doing bcos we are all with you.
