there was a meeting today in baghdad university center in aljadrea for medical colleges` deans about this subject and they discuss this matter and decide to prevent any dr. from getting his watha28 till the replay of the wezara about the new law.
but i heard the new law will be (tdawom 5 years after college to pay back ur dept to college then u can take ur certification or watha28).

It is 100% true am sure..........but I heard that u can get ur certificate after paying 3000$ cash I do not know whether it is true or not but a postgraduate told me that.........

dear m7amad am always believe in feka al39yaan almadanee and its the solution for anything instead of shouting or complaining,but the problem is (with my sorry 2 all) our collegues are not in the same line,and we suffer from that alot u call and decide and all support u then u turn to see urself the only one who shout.
ofcourse am not an exception am not gandeeeeeeeeee,but such mawa8ef make u dont care.

well Sinan... the last thing that I expected is 2 find some1 agrees with me about the civil disobedience cuz frankly I thought everybody will offend what I said......
moreover u mentioned a very important subject in your post which is that most of our colleagues are afriad or used 2 b afraid of their boss or who is superior 2 them like the Tutor or the Dr. in our college & they never antagonize him/her even if they are right about it... so even when they feel that the Dr. is unjust they don't object or argue with him/her & as a result the Drs. will be able 2 do what they like
