well my friends smile.gif .. with all due respect.. you are solving a problem with creating another one... people don't go on strikes just like that .. they try more fruitfull more peaceful methods first ... it sounds interesting to go on strike , shout and enjoy some moments of chaos..but we need to be more mature smile.gif ...

by the way...do u think that we as medical students ( and specially earlier stages) are the most concerned ones?? so r u planning to go for strikes on behalf of other doctors ..?even senior ones may be?

let's just wait and see what will happen....

salam...smile.gif

wise solution & in the same time it's the same solution for all the iraqi problems WAIT & WAIT smile.gif ....

well Yezen... your words above says that evry1 goes on a strike or a hunger strike is immature????? l3ad Ghandi illi gilab ildinya b2afkara 6ila3 immature????
not only him ...... we usually hear in the news that politicians, workers, teachers, and others are going on a strike all around the world.. r they all immature????? I don't know but I think u're not totally right...
and also the most important thing : WHAT ARE THE MORE FRUITFULL OR MORE PEACEFUL METHODS??? Composing a poem begging the Deanship 2 change or cancel the new policy???
dear Yezen the hope of many many students is 2 graduate , take their certificate & go abroad to continue their higher medical study for 2,3 or 4 years then come back 2 Iraq serving their country & have their other plans like marriage done..
so if they don't get their certificate only 4 or 5 years after they graduate they will be 30 by then and they have earned salaries that are not enough 2 buy a ticket 4 UK or USA. And u say we should b more mature??????

well Abu jasim smile.gif .. first i suggest u read back my reply ..i never said we r immature .. i said we need to be more mature..a huge difference which i hope u can recognize...

now tell me..do u think Ghandi faced something prevented him from going to some luxury life in USA or Europe ??! ... when u face something u need to be neutral and put urself in both sides to judge well.. the ministry has diagnosed a problem ..which is a huge one in fact.. but as i said earlier they made a wrong solution which shall create furthur problems ..one of which is what u guys were talking about..

well this sounds a better way of communiaction among human beings to me at least at first .. seriously it is.. just replace the "begging" word with something more convenient.. smile.gif

The typical aim of being a doctor for most of the iraqi medical students ...I am sure they r missing something greater in that....

by the way my friend...isn't it too early for you to worry about those issues.. i guess u have more important thingsa to deal with in the time being...Good luck..smile.gif

hi allfor me i think that this decision if it was real is the continouation of our wrong way of solving the problems
i dont know how pepole in alwezara think about the student
ok let them do this(not giving our certificate) but they should improve the way we live in iraq (imposible)

QUOTE
in the same time it's the same solution for all the iraqi problems WAIT & WAIT

this is very true we should stop this point of view (alla karem) we knoe that alla karem but we should decide our future

yezen- 07-19-2006
just want to clear a point here..i guess alot didn't get it well...

QUOTE
yezen : let's just wait and see what will happen....

i didn't mean to " WAIT ".. like just accept things huh.gif ...I meant let's wait to see the official announcement and reactions of the ones concerned..

hope it is clear up there smile.gif..

We all have a great debt to this country which raised us up and gave us free education and made us what we are, or will be: DOCTORS.
PUT THIS IN MIND WHEN YOU TALK PLEASE.

Mahatma Gandhi didn't go for strike only after he consumed all methods of negotiation and communication with ppl concerned in his cause, so when you want to Mahatmatize yourself I suggest you go through the same channels he went through before doing the strike step.

I can't understand why are you so concerned about this AT THIS AGE?! it's interesting really! bcmf/thinking.gif

And moreover, Sinan and others just said the ministry is still discussing this issue and will try to find a solution so why are you so rushed up!
It is a problem indeed when people suffer and can't find doctors to treat them coz we -9mallah 3lena- want to (in3adil shahadatna w nirja3 ni5dim el wa6an) well i truly believe 90% of those saying that will just leaaaave fee aman allah! thanks Iraq who raised me up, thanks Iraq who gave me free education, and bye bye Iraqi people, you don't deserve my services! I'd rather serve a Scottish wacko than treating an Iraqi baby!!!

So you say you can't live peacefully!? and the circumstances are dangerous? well try to live somewhere else more peaceful than Baghdad for example, you'd still be serving Iraq.

Yezen said it in a nice way... he wanted us to be "more mature", well, I want to remove the "more".....

Take Care

its not like that
we should see our life more truely
i think that you have read that in other topic that somepepole want to postpone this year so its realy burning day after day
our situation is not easy ,dear kadem

i know what do you mean we are all iraqis we love iraq and want to serve iraqi pepole
but this is not a solution its just solving a problem bu making a biger one
thanx

sinan- 07-19-2006
unsure.gif dear kadem all what u said is nice and right, and believe me 90%feel it ,but what happen here is not travelling away for better salery or better living condition as happen in egyptian movie when he the ba6al ysafeer 7ata ygeeb vella o 3arabeaa biggrin.gif ,what happen here if u stay we will kill u bcmf/cry.gif
we all saw our beloved dr.s threatened or forced to leave by one way or other ,i hope u know what i mean am not against the nice principle but with the ugly reality.
